  • Coordinate with developers or digital teams for larger enhancements

Project & File Management:

  • Maintain organized filing systems for creative assets, marketing materials, and campaign records across shared drives and project tools (e.g., Monday.com, SharePoint, or DropBox) with direction from our Marketing Specialist
  • Ensure teams are working from the most up-to-date versions of templates, copy, and visuals

Meeting Support:

  • Take clear, actionable meeting notes and circulate recaps with next steps
  • Help schedule meetings, manage agendas, and track follow-up items

Marketing Operations Support:

  • Assist in trafficking marketing projects across review stages, collecting feedback, and routing for final approvals
  • Support event prep, print orders, internal requests, and cross-functional marketing needs as they arise

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role
  • Exceptional attention to detail; proofreading skills are a must
  • Comfort with front-end CMS tools (WordPress)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience using project management tools like Monday.com, or SalesForce
  • Positive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude; thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
