Summary

At Curana Health, we're reimagining what it means to be a People team—moving beyond traditional HR to become an engine of innovation and impact. With the recent appointment of our Chief People Officer, and the newly created strategic leadership role (VP of Talent Management & HR Business Partnership), our mandate is clear: design intentional, scalable employee experience and build agile systems that keep pace with and fuel the rapid growth of the organization.

Imagine being part of a lean, dynamic HR team where your ideas and initiatives directly contribute to meaningful improvements in senior care, surrounded by a tight-knit crew who genuinely care about each other and are obsessed with making senior care better for everyone. If you’re looking for a place where you can see your work matter every single day—and help build something new as we grow like crazy—you’ll fit right in as our next HR Operations Specialist.

We thrive on hands-on work, insatiable curiosity, and a balance of strategic vision with tactical execution.  If you're a systems-thinker who is organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, great at holding others accountable, and passionate about translating analytics into meaningful insights, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
