Summary

Curana Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to support the recruiting function through systems management, reporting, and process optimization. This role will serve as the iCIMS system administrator, build and maintain dashboards and reports, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless, compliant, and effective hiring experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

System Administration

  • Own day-to-day management of iCIMS, including configuration, troubleshooting, user permissions, and workflow optimization.

  • Ensure data integrity and maintain system integrations with platforms such as Workday.

  • Regularly assess system performance and user experience, implementing improvements where needed.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports using iCIMS and Excel.

  • Create visual insights using tools like Power BI or Tableau to support strategic talent acquisition decisions.

  • Track and analyze KPIs including time-to-fill, funnel metrics, hiring velocity, and DEI goals.

Process Optimization & Change Enablement

  • Identify and implement improvements to recruiting processes and tools.

  • Develop training materials and support documentation for new processes or system updates.

  • Lead change management efforts to drive adoption and compliance across hiring teams.

Hiring Manager Support

  • Serve as a trusted resource for hiring managers across the organization.

  • Provide training and ongoing support for system usage and best practices.

  • Gather feedback to continuously improve the hiring manager and candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience as an administrator of iCIMS or similar ATS (admin-level required).

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts).

  • Familiarity with data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement.

Preferred Experience:

 

  • Experience with Workday integrations or other HRIS platforms.

  • Background in healthcare or multi-site organizations.

  • Knowledge of compliance standards related to hiring processes.
