Summary

As a Provider Compensation Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that Curana’s clinicians are recognized and rewarded for the care they deliver. This position blends financial analysis with people impact—supporting fair, accurate, and timely compensation for our providers. You’ll work cross-functionally with finance, payroll, operations, and clinical leaders to align compensation processes with our mission of supporting those who care for seniors.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate provider compensation databases, ensuring alignment with employment agreements

  • Research, analyze, and interpret data to calculate productivity-based and other compensation models

  • Partner with Payroll to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements while delivering timely and precise payments

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and providers to explain compensation processes and resolve inquiries

  • Provide detailed reporting and insights to leadership that support business decisions and provider satisfaction

  • Contribute to process improvements that make compensation management more efficient, transparent, and provider-friendly

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; background in accounting, finance, payroll, or compensation preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools

  • Ability to manage sensitive and complex information with professionalism and clarity

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
