Summary

 In this role, you’re often the first point of contact for patients and their families. You’ll provide a welcoming experience, answer questions, and help guide individuals to the appropriate clinical support.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Support patients and families

  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner

  • Greet callers warmly and assist with questions

  • Direct patients to the right team or service

Help assess patient needs

  • Gather information about symptoms or concerns over the phone

  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand urgency and needs

  • Identify the appropriate level of care and connect patients accordingly

Coordinate communication

  • Relay information between patients and clinical teams

  • Work closely with care teams to make sure messages are accurate and timely

  • Support smooth communication across our care network

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Strong organization and attention to detail

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, service-focused environment

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

  • Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred

  • Positive attitude and a collaborative mindset
