Summary

The Director of Partner Success is the relationship owner and strategic liaison between Curana Health and several of our senior living corporate operator partners. You will be a brand ambassador externally and an internal advocate who aligns cross-functional teams to deliver on our commitments. Success in this role is measured by same-store growth and partner satisfaction (including Net Promoter Score). The Director is largely external-facing and is responsible for creating and presenting Quarterly Business Reviews and ad hoc presentations and analyses.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own partner relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to senior living executive teams.
  • Drive partner success: Understand operator goals and challenges; identify opportunities for deeper engagement, operational improvement, shared outcomes, and same-store growth.
  • Represent Curana Health: Communicate our mission, values, and capabilities with professionalism and credibility in all partner interactions.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration: Partner with clinical operations, analytics, marketing, product, business development, and other teams to ensure seamless execution for partners.
  • Lead performance reviews and reporting: Create and present Quarterly Business Reviews and ad hoc analyses; monitor key success metrics (adoption, patient engagement, satisfaction, and value-based care performance).
  • Present value-based care outcomes: Communicate outcomes such as ACO gainsharing and clinical quality metrics externally and advise internal teams on what matters most to partners.
  • Manage escalations and risk: Anticipate issues, navigate complex situations, and drive timely resolution.
  • Contribute strategically: Provide partner and market insights that inform Curana Health’s growth strategy and service development.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, partner/client success, strategic operations, and/or account management within healthcare (value-based care, senior living, post-acute care, or adjacent settings strongly preferred).
  • Experience working in a high-growth organization (e.g., private equity- or venture-backed) with comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities is highly preferred.
  • Proven success building and managing executive-level relationships and influencing across complex stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate insights into clear recommendations and action.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; comfort building and delivering executive-ready materials (PowerPoint/Excel) and leading Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Collaborative, outcomes-oriented leadership style; ability to align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Ability to travel as business requires (approx. 1-3 times per quarter)
  • People leadership experience (or strong desire and readiness to manage) is preferred; this role may include direct reports.
