Curana Health is on a mission to radically improve the health, happiness, and dignity of older adults — and we are scaling quickly to do it. As a national leader in value-based care, we partner with senior living communities and skilled nursing facilities across 32 states, offering a comprehensive suite of solutions including on-site primary care, Accountable Care Organizations, and Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plans proven to enhance outcomes, streamline operations, and create new financial opportunities for the communities we serve.
Founded in 2021, we now care for 200,000+ seniors across 1,500+ communities, supported by a team of more than 1,000 clinicians alongside care coordinators, analysts, operators, and professionals from every background — all working toward the same goal. We are intentional about how we grow, and that intentionality shows in our results: Curana Health is a proud Inc. 5000 honoree, ranked #147 among America's fastest-growing private companies.
If you are looking to make a meaningful impact on the senior healthcare landscape, you are in the right place.

We are looking for a Director, Strategic Operations to help build the execution infrastructure our Medical Group needs to grow. This role is for a builder: someone who brings consulting-caliber analytical rigor, a bias toward action, and the ability to move fluidly between high-level strategic design and hands-on individual contributor work.
You will start by leading the stabilization and scaling of our Care Management programs, bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to a complex set of interdependent initiatives. As that work is established, the role expands to own broader Medical Group priorities: telehealth expansion, new service line development, care model optimization, and clinical operating model design.
This is a high-visibility role with direct access to executive leadership, meaningful ownership from day one, and a genuine opportunity to shape how care is delivered at scale for one of the most complex and underserved patient populations in the country.
