We’re hiring a Manager of Payroll Systems & Strategy, who will be responsible for supporting a compliant, scalable, and operationally efficient payroll environment across a rapidly growing, multi-state healthcare organization. This role oversees payroll systems strategy, integrations, automation initiatives, payroll governance, payroll tax operations oversight, vendor management, and process optimization efforts that strengthen operational scalability and reduce manual dependency across the payroll ecosystem.
In this position, you will partner closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, Benefits, IT, and Operations to strengthen controls, streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and support scalable business operations.
