The Senior Financial Analyst is the primary finance partner supporting Curana Health's ProCare relationship and affiliated risk-bearing facilities. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, you will deliver timely, decision-oriented financial reporting across ProCare's Institutional Special Needs Plan (I-SNP) and Chronic Special Needs Plan (C-SNP) products while partnering closely with Strategy, Operations, Clinical, and external stakeholders to drive financial transparency, accountability, and performance improvement.
In this role, you will lead key financial analyses supporting budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and strategic growth initiatives. You will translate complex claims, membership, utilization, and cost data into actionable insights that support business decisions and operational performance. You will also support month-end close activities, financial audits, regulatory reporting, and strategic initiatives while serving as a trusted advisor to leadership and operational teams.
The ideal candidate combines strong healthcare finance expertise with advanced analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of managed care, Medicare Advantage, value-based reimbursement, and financial performance management.
