The Corporate Paralegal will assist the General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, and other Legal Department attorneys in providing timely, practical, and responsive legal support to the Company's Board of Directors, executive leadership, management, and business stakeholders. This role serves as a key member of the Legal Department and provides direct support to attorneys responsible for Medicare Advantage health plan operations, contracting, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, licensure, privacy, litigation management, and healthcare regulatory matters.
The Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for maintaining and improving contract lifecycle management processes, corporate governance systems, regulatory filing processes, and legal operations workflows. The individual will work closely with attorneys and business partners across the organization to support compliance with federal and state healthcare laws and regulations, including Medicare Advantage requirements administered by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
